About the Role
Meridian's growing Community Action Team (CAT) is seeking a passionate and dedicated CAT Mentor to provide hands-on support, guidance, and advocacy to youth enrolled in CAT services.
In this role, you'll make a direct impact by mentoring youth, modeling positive behaviors, and helping them build the skills needed to succeed at home, in school, and within their communities. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized treatment goals using a wraparound approach.
Service Area: Primarily the Tri-County region
