• Assist customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and virtual meetings

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Fluent Spanish required
• English is a plus but not required
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, administrative, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Goal-oriented and motivated to grow professionally
• CRM experience is a plus

Representante Bilingüe de Servicio al Cliente y Ventas (Remoto)

Experiencia en servicio al cliente, ventas, retail, call center, hospitalidad, banca, educación, salud o áreas administrativas es bienvenida.
• Atender clientes mediante llamadas, correos electrónicos, mensajes y reuniones virtuales
• Brindar servicio al cliente y apoyo personalizado
• Identificar necesidades y recomendar soluciones adecuadas
• Desarrollar relaciones profesionales con clientes
• Apoyar iniciativas de retención y crecimiento de cuentas
• Registrar actividades e interacciones en CRM
• Participar en entrenamientos y programas de desarrollo profesional
• Contribuir al crecimiento del equipo y la organización
• Residir en Estados Unidos
• Tener autorización legal para trabajar en EE.UU.
• Dominio del idioma español
• Inglés deseable pero no obligatorio
• Experiencia en servicio al cliente, ventas, retail, call center, hospitalidad o áreas similares es una ventaja
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
