You don't need years of experience to be successful in this role. We're more interested in finding someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

In this position, you'll support our customers and internal teams by helping manage information, maintaining accurate records, and providing friendly, reliable customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Customer Support: Communicate with customers through phone and email, answer questions, and help resolve concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Data Entry & Organization: Maintain accurate customer information, spreadsheets, and records.
• Contract & Pricing Support: Enter and update customer contracts and pricing information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration: Work with different departments to help keep things organized and ensure our customers receive the support they need.
• Problem Solving: Help identify solutions, manage changing priorities, and keep daily tasks moving forward.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel (we can help you build your skills!).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with others, and follows through on responsibilities.
• Experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, a team-oriented attitude, and a desire to learn.
