Senior Account Manager, Digital Marketing (Remote)

Bullseye Strategy is a fully remote digital marketing agency serving luxury real estate, travel, B2B, and restaurant brands. We're looking for an account manager who leads like a strategic partner, sweats the details, and keeps every client moving forward.

You're a fit if:

• You have 5+ years of account management experience at a digital marketing agency
• You know digital marketing well enough to hold your own on a client call when our SMEs aren't available
• Nothing leaves your hands unchecked. You hold every deliverable to a standard that protects our brand and our clients' brands
• You can switch from one client to the next without losing focus, context, or quality
• You define success by your clients' success, and you deliver the highest level of service to get them there
• You're as comfortable leading a conversation with a CEO as you are aligning SMEs and peers on next steps
• You lead without needing the title, and you drive projects forward in a way people appreciate
• You use AI tools as a natural part of your workflow, with sound judgment about accuracy, quality, and confidentiality

What you'll own:

• A portfolio of client accounts ranging from small businesses to enterprise brands
• Strategic planning sessions, performance reviews, and recommendations that tie marketing to business outcomes
• Projects from kickoff to completion, keeping deliverables on time and on standard
• Alignment between client stakeholders and our internal SMEs

This role is not for you if:

• Your account management experience is outside of an agency
• You need an SME on every call to speak to strategy or performance
• You see quality control as someone else's job
• You wait for direction instead of driving the work

Location: Remote. We are only hiring in the Eastern and Central time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 - $80,000
