Machine Operator Details:

• Temporary position
• $17.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• Operate and monitor tire retread machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Load and unload materials while maintaining production standards
• Perform quality checks and report equipment or safety concerns
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and work in a hot industrial setting throughout the shift

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous machine operator, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be comfortable working in a hot industrial environment
• Reliable transportation to Madison, TN and ability to work assigned shift
• Must communicate effectively in English and provide a resume or complete work history for screening purposes

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
