In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing operations—ensuring precision quality, meeting daily production quotas, and upholding our high standards of excellence. We offer a collaborative environment with comprehensive cross-training across modern manufacturing techniques, including screen printing, digital printing, laser cutting, and precision stamping.
salary: $38,584 - $48,235 per year

work hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Learn to set up, calibrate, and operate a range of production machinery (including printing presses, laser cutting equipment, and precision stamping tools).
- Quality Control: Inspect products throughout the production cycle to detect defects and ensure every finished piece strictly adheres to customer specifications.
- Material Handling: Safely load raw materials into machinery and transport materials or completed goods throughout the facility as needed.
- Safety & Maintenance: Follow all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of daily production figures, completed jobs, and material usage logs.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
