  • Follow detailed work instructions and travelers to complete assemblies accurately
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow contamination‑control procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and report defects promptly

Essential Skills

  • Microscope experience in assembly or inspection environments
  • Ability to follow written instructions with accuracy and consistency
  • Comfort sitting or standing 8 hours depending on the station
  • Mechanical aptitude for machine‑based work in housings and stamping areas

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with medical device assembly including stents, catheters, leads, or housings
  • Laser welding or coil winding experience is highly beneficial
  • Comfort using microscopes for long periods (up to 60% of shift)
  • Ability to thrive in repetitive, detail‑driven work while maintaining quality
  • Willingness to move between cleanroom and non‑cleanroom areas as production needs change

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Modern, well‑maintained facility with cleanrooms, organized workstations, and advanced equipment
  • On‑site market , spacious break room, and regular food truck visits for lunch
  • Monthly safety rewards recognizing employees who follow safe practices
  • Wellness‑focused culture with stretching breaks, walking trails, and a wellness room
  • Workout facility and recreational options like a ping‑pong table
  • Structured training program with patient, supportive skill development across multiple lines
  • Long‑standing global company with financial stability and strong career‑growth opportunities

Work Environment

  • Cleanroom areas requiring smocks, booties, hair nets, beard nets, and safety glasses; makeup and jewelry allowed within guidelines
  • Non‑cleanroom housings area with presses, stamping machines, steel‑toed shoe covers, and optional ear protection; slight oil smell that most adjust to within a week
  • Microscope‑heavy work across multiple departments, often 30–60% of the day
