A well-established, family-owned pediatric practice in Paterson, New Jersey is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join its growing team. The practice has proudly served the community for over 30 years and maintains a strong, loyal patient base. This is a 100% outpatient position with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or call responsibilities, providing an excellent work-life balance. The practice offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, with optional Saturday coverage available.
Requirements:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Active or eligible for New Jersey Nurse Practitioner licensure
Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually (based on experience)
