Detailed Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant (BPC) with strong ServiceNow expertise and business process consulting experience. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions, design optimized workflows, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives. The consultant will serve as a functional solution lead, collaborate with customers and Agile development teams, mentor junior consultants, and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance workflows and customer solutions.
