Grinding Department Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 04:00pm )

• Grind, deburr, drill, and tap metal parts according to specifications. 
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. 
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.

Grinding Department Qualifications:

• Prior experience using power tools, such as angle grinders, drills, impact drivers, saws, and other handheld or shop tools. 
• Manufacturing, metal fabrication, or production experience preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specifications and maintain quality standards. 
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
